2007 Sangiovese, WALLA WALLA Valley
Our 2007 Sangiovese is a blend of 83% Sangiovese and 17% Merlot, both from Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla, Washington, aged in 100% used French oak. It is a true Chianti style blend with hints of strawberry, raspberry and spice with good acidity, smooth texture and medium body. A very food friendly wine that will pair well bruschetta, pastas with tomato sauce and wild boar.
